Terms of assignment

By submitting this asset to Scalar Prime, the submitter hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys to Scalar Prime all right, title, and interest in and to the submitted data, including all intellectual property rights therein. The submitter acknowledges and agrees that the data will be utilized for the purpose of research, commercial development, and the training of artificial intelligence models and systems. The submitter warrants that they possess full authority to transfer said assets and that the provided data is free from any third-party encumbrances. This submission constitutes a binding legal agreement, granting Scalar Prime the unrestricted, perpetual, and global right to utilize, reproduce, modify, and distribute the asset for any commercial, research, or AI training purpose.
